I'm not sure if this is the video you are looking for but there is a video uploaded by thejoemoses (snape in avpm) called the potion master auditions. Joe is in his Snape costume and he says why he should be Harry and acts really goofy. At the end there is a picture of Darren as Harry on a fridge and there is a magnet that says courage holding it in place.
