Conservatives... would you tear up the Constitution if you could finally torture and kill terrorists?

I have no problem with the killing of terrorists and child molesters. No problem at all. I'LL buy the bullets or electricity or the rope if you want.. And help dig the hole. I'm pretty good with a bow at 50 yards.
