What did Russia gain from their involvement in WWI?

After they got their s handed to them by the Germans, they surrendered, then came begging at the peace Conference and were given large tracts of land that belonged to Germany and/or Poland by the British, French and U.S. They also got 70 years of Communist enslavement.
