I took all the test to find out whats wrong? but all came out good so whats next?

My husband and I have been trying for 8 months and nothing. We have taken all the test to find out whats wrong and all have been good news but at the same time is bad news because nothing to fix because we dont know whats wrong. so we have a consultation with the doctor... so whats next?
