Lying to get a protective order?

my stepmom lied to get a protective order on my gf and i can prove that she lied. the order says she'll go to jail for a minimum of 5 years for it. wut in the world do i do to? i dont go to court for the order until may 11th but i want to take care of it before then!! please help me??
