I was wondering if vagisil's feminie mouisturizer is a l lotion or lubricant?

I'm having a lot of l lip dryness and I just wanted to know if I could buy the moisturizer to help or if it would just be a waste since it's a lubricant. I'm not sure which it is, so any answer would help :)
