Is this a Good Poem? i need help at the end?

I think this is beautiful very visual,compionate,and very sad. I think it is good as is. But if I were to change it you might try this.I smiled and waved as the rain seems to never end. She'll always have me the unconditional friend,or She'll never know that she has an unconditional friend.Keep up the good work, you've got a God gifted talent,inspire someone with your compion. Keep looking up, and never give up. An old saying my mom told me. If you love someone let them go, if they come back they're yours, if they don't they never were. Keep the faith.
