IM 13 almost 14 and im skinny and i want to get abs and muscle?

I heard that lifting weight at this age will effect my growth so i don't want that in jeopardy. But i want exercise that will show results. I also have sickle cell so will that effect my workout results

Why do right-wing talk shows dominate AM radio?

My formerly favorite favorite local radio station, KTRH in Houston, used to be all news and instructional talk (gardening, home repair, consumer affairs), but recently has drifted into the all-right-wing-all-the-time format, except for a brief period of news in the morning and the welcome respite of Astros baseball games. This development appears to have come on the heels of the acquisition of KTRH by Clear Channel Communications. No one I know even listens to KTRH any more, so I am wondering what commercial calculations are driving the conversion of a once-valuable radio station into a one-sided propaganda machine.

No right angled triangle can have 120 degrees in it, seeming as it must have a 90 degree angle and angles in a triangle only add up to 180 degrees. However, to relate the unit circle to bigger triangle, you just multiply the appropriate calculation.

Why did nintendo make such a huge leap from crappy 2d to full 3d when the psp came out? were they holding out?

Over so many years the Gameboy had lame graphics, then the psp was introduced with basically ps1 level graphics and nintendo suddenly pulled out the 3d and multiscreen and such. were they holding out on us for so many years when the could have made the best hand held ever, or did they not want to spend alot of money because they were pretty much really the only handheld around
