Any woman have an abortion and regret it?

I'm thinking of having an abortion. My ultrasound shows twins; I can't even afford to keep one! Also, my older sister had numerous complications with her pregnancy and had to have an emergency hysterectomy. I want kids, but not now! I regret letting the pregnancy get this far already....I refuse adopting them out as well.
