The difference from Concentrate and Non-Concentrate juice healthwise?
The very act of concentrating anything is to boil it down and evaporate the juice until it reaches a thick, syrupy liquid. The action itself would be the purifications process, a form of pasteurization. In the us, according to wikipedia, all juice is pasteurized, unless it's fresh, not from concentrate. I think the health benefits would be the same, the only way to tell is to compare the carton of non-concentrated to the frozen container of orange juice side by side and compare the nutritional information. Check out wikipedia, search concentrated orange juice. It will tell you all you want to know.
