I bought the voice ringer "...No backtalk" - Pretty Ricky with my t-mosidekick but it plays "On The Hotline" ?

your only option is to go to a t-mobile store show it to a rep and from there call customer service and yell at them to refund your credit and then buy it again. oh and when you call them dont take no for an answer.
