I want to look sun kissed and summery?!?!?

hiii! so i really want to look really beachy and summer and tanned...kind of like lauren conrad :) soo i have hazel eyes...darrrk dark brown hair 2 inches past my shoulders with blunt bangs..im pretty pale..but not dead pale. i need help with clothes, makeup and hair.
