If law is dung (Phil 3), and by using of laws all perish (Col 2), should we touch, taste, handle laws? ?

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but when Jesus came he ended law. We no longer get to heaven by obeying/following the law, we get to heaven by having faith in Christ Jesus. The law doesn't mean anything.
