It really really hurts near?

my the lower right side of abdomen. It always hurts in the same spot on and off for a few months now, it usually goes away within a day or two but always comes back. Like today its been hurting for about 3 and half hours now, and it really really hurts. It hurts like mf-er when i go to the restroom, likes it really unbearable. And it hurts more when I move and when im sittin it hurts but its steady it doesnt change much. What could this mean?
