My period is not the same please help....?

i just had a baby 11 weeks ago and i had a period it only lasted 3 days well now i am having a nother 4 weeks later and this is my 5th day on it i am bleeding very heavy huge blood clots non stop... is this normal after having a baby or is this a miss carriage my cramps fell like contractions please help!!!!
