Puting videos on psp 2000?

i cant viw video files on my psp 2000. i have connected it to my pc and there is a folder named MP_ROOT. in it is two folders 100MNV01 and 101ANV01. i use format factory and set the output to psp 368x208 MPEG4. when the are formated theres a thm file and a mp4 file i put the thm in the 100MNV01 and the mp4 in 101ANV01 and vice versa still no luck. . . help please
