Through the fire and flames sheet music?

I saw on the internet Dragonforce- through the fire and flames being played on the violin and i just wondered if anyone knew where you could get the musical notation, notes (in letters) or any other form than in tabs seeing as I can't convert tab into lettered notes. I play the cello (grade 8) and the piano so if anyone knows how I could convert it to playable music on either instrument????
