What came first, the egg or the chicken?

I'm very high right know, but I had a depressed day since i didn't have money to go to any bar. So, I was wondering about the long lasting myth: "what came first: the egg or the chicken?". I'm from El Salvador a little country in Central America! Your high answer will help
