Anterior complete placental previa? Does this mean hysterectomy?

I am 28 yr. old. at 18 weeks. I have NO risk factors for this condition. I had light spotting one day at 7 weeks. No other bleeding at all. I am very worried. I am preparing myself for c-section, but I do not want a hysterectomy. I am very scared. If anyone has had this or is dealing with this please let me know what to expect. I would especially like to hear from people who had good outcomes but either way I want to hear from you all. Thanks.
